Upper Midwest Local VOAD Meeting

These are meetings of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin to discuss the creation and support of Local VOAD’s and those that may work across traditional jurisdictional boundaries.  This is a Minnesota VOAD initiative.
