MNVOAD conducted the first phase of the strategic planning process in 2005. The first phase of this process has been to conduct a survey of our member organizations to determine their needs and priorities. We encourage all of our member organizations to participate in this survey. The survey is attached. We plan to use the data obtained from this survey in prioritizing the goals and then developing strategies to meet the top goals.
