MNVOAD SEMINAR PRESENTATION DESCRIPTIONS Southeast Minnesota Flooding: Lessons Learned- During this session individuals from several disciplines who actively responded to the southeast Minnesota flooding will help to debrief the response. In particular, the session will focus on MNVOAD and voluntary organizations’ response to the flooding and how ICS could have improved the response, including service coordination, animals, donations, basic needs and long-term recovery. basic, accurate information about services that are needed in
the community. This session will provide you with the top
things you need to know to be a better responder. Individuals & Households Program (IHP) - Susan Jensen will lead a discussion about the Individual Assistance Program for seminar attendees that serve as voluntary agency caseworkers and family assistance volunteers.
