Long-Term Recovery Committees

Long-Term Recovery Committees work on a local level to meet the needs of disaster survivors in the weeks, months, and years after the emergency has passed.  LTRCs work through a case management process to ensure that resources are divided fairly, based on the need of those still recovering from the disaster.  They provide a forum for the development of resources and for outside agencies to provide assistance.
